ABOUT

Most young adults want to know God.

Very few actually slow down long enough to be with Him.

Verweilen exists for that reason.

This summer, we are inviting you to step out of the distraction, noise, and spiritual autopilot — and to dwell in the presence of God, together with His people.

If you want to spend time with God and truly know Him but you’re distracted by the busyness of their lives. If you want to live God’s call together with others but you’re stuck feeling alone in mission. Verweilen is a few intentional days to change that.

TRANSPORT

Transport costs are not included in registration fees. We therefore recommend planning your travel to the venue in advance in order to see your options and secure the best prices. Please talk to your local leaders if you'd like to travel with a group from your location.

What is Verweilen?

Verweilen is a different kind of conference experience. Verweilen is about dwelling. Dwelling in God’s presence. Dwelling with His people. Learning how to stay with God when emotions fade and life gets busy again.

How do I know if Verweilen is for me?

Verweilen is for anyone aged 18-25 from across Europe! This event is ideal for you if:

your faith maybe feels dry, distracted, or automatic

you want to actually know and spent time with God — not just know about Him

you’re tired of doing Christian life alone

you want to have a fun summer with your mates across Europe

What should I bring?

Bible and notebook
Phone/device with earphones for translation options
Sports clothes/comfortable clothes for afternoon activities and free time
Towel
Clothes to suit the weather
Toiletries: Toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, soap, hairbrush—bring whatever you need to feel fresh!

When does Verweilen end?

The event ends in the morning on 1st August. The venue is around 2hrs drive from Munich Airport.

Please plan your onward travel accordingly.

Where will we sleep?

The venue is situated in the stunning Bavarian countryside, surrounded by mountains, forests and the beauty of God's creation! The bedrooms come in single and double sizes, and there are lots of areas for hanging out, doing some activities or just enjoying the surrounding nature.
