Kairos Mission Academy is on its way!​

Formerly known as SWOT-Launch, KMA is the perfect opportunity for mission staff, volunteers and core teams of those in (or looking to start) a university outreach.
​
This year, we combine a youth culture deep-dive and foundational outreach essentials to create a programme best suited to those with some time committed to mission work in Europe.
​
Spaces are limited so be sure to register your staff, team or missionaries ASAP!

WHAT IS KMA?
​
Kairos Mission Academy is the official kick-off for a new year of mission in each of our locations! We believe that a combination of practical training, pastoral upskilling and fellowship with other missionaries is the ideal way to start a fresh academic year. We aim to send participants home with the tools, motivation and courage to boldly proclaim the gospel in their city, university, workplace, relationships and life.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I SHOULD GO TO KMA?
KMA​ is designed for anyone serving in one of our outreaches - whether you're Mission Staff, Student Volunteer or any other role, this one is for you! If you have any questions about going, please talk to your local outreach leaders.

MISSION TRACK
Throughout the week we'll dive into the mind and motivation of modern youth, and consider how we might respond to the call of Christ in today's world.
TRAINING TRACK
Designed for mission staff and pastoral servants, this track aims to equip pastoral teams with the tools and processes necessary as you care for students and contacts from a variety of backgrounds.​​​
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​These tracks will be accompanied by times of prayer and worship, as well as application groups, split sessions, free time and, of course, plenty of fellowship!
