.jpg) Student Worker Outreach Training began September 2009 and is now about to roll out for another two years starting this September.
Strengthening our student mission is one of our key priorities at this time.
We are networked with a number of European Universities and are seeing more and more young men and women stepping up to serve.
As Kairos we want to support such initiatives, not just with a supporting network but also by facilitating learning.
SWOT is aimed at gathering core member students and new staff workers of university outreach works to train them to be more effective in their student mission.
Participants must be active members of a student outreach and must be able to commit for at least one year of the two year training cycle shown below.

Our goal is to have 16 participants per year with the option of following Year A then Year B or doing Year B first. Every year eight people will graduate from the seminar and eight new people will join. Our vision is that SWOT Seminars build competence and relationships across the student works networked with Kairos.
